Conditions for applying for a three-level psychological counselor (meet one of the following conditions)
(1) Bachelor degree in psychology, education and medicine; (Undergraduate psychology graduates have reached the required standard hours after three-level formal training of psychological counselors and obtained the certificate of completion)
(2) Those who have graduated from junior college majoring in psychology, education and medicine (the newly stipulated junior college majoring in pharmacy and nursing can't apply for the exam), have passed the three-level formal training of psychological counselors and reached the required standard hours, and obtained the certificate of completion;
(3) Bachelor degree or above in other majors, who have passed the three-level formal training of psychological counselors and reached the required standard hours, and obtained the certificate of completion.
According to article 2, you can't take the exam if you have a college degree.
According to the third article, as long as your undergraduate diploma is a nationally recognized education (which can be found in the Ministry of Education), you can participate in the three-level training of psychological counselors in designated institutions and then take the exam.
