In order to make the injured get timely and effective treatment and rehabilitation, in the spirit of saving lives and practicing revolutionary humanitarianism, Party A and Party B reached the following agreement through friendly negotiation:
Responsibilities and obligations of Party A:
Party A is a designated hospital for social medical insurance and industrial injury insurance in Shenzhen. Party A regards Party B as a friendly cooperative unit and promises to give Party B the following preferential policies.
1, implement the system of "three exemptions and three priorities" for Party B's injured employees:
Three exemptions: registration fee, handling fee and hospitalization deposit.
Three priorities: medical treatment, hospitalization and treatment.
2. For patients who need hospitalization, Party A shall be admitted to the hospital in time and do everything possible to save their lives. Hospitalization expenses can be paid temporarily and settled once after discharge.
3. When Party B sends the patient, Party A needs to rescue him in time and do various inspection items according to the patient's condition.
4. If Party B fails to pay the medical expenses in time afterwards, Party A is obliged to inform Party B of the treatment of Party B's patients.
5. Party A can provide Party B with free consultation on industrial accidents and medical care. If Party B needs it, Party A can send professionals to give Party B free education.
6. Party B's employees can enjoy the preferential treatment of various activities carried out by Party A when seeking medical treatment from Party A. 。
7. Leaders above Party B's department come to Party A to provide full escort service.
8. Party A's treatment expenses and drug charging standards must meet the charging standards stipulated by the Ministry of Health and Shenzhen.
9. In case of difficulties or critical patients that Party A cannot solve, Party A only provides ambulance escort service, and Party B is responsible for all transportation expenses.

Two. Responsibilities and obligations of Party B
1, Party B shall notify Party A in advance of any change in the person in charge or contact information.
2. The person in charge of Party B has the obligation to convey the preferential policies implemented by Party A to its employees, so as to increase the embodiment of employee welfare.
3. When employees of Party B come to Party A for medical treatment, they must produce valid certificates to obtain corresponding preferential policies.
4. When the hospitalized wounded are hospitalized, Party B shall fill in the patient's medical expense list and submit it to the outpatient service charge office, and pay it in time when leaving the hospital to settle all the medical expenses of the hospitalized wounded.
5. Party B's hospitalized wounded and accompanying personnel must abide by Party A's rules and regulations during hospitalization.
6. As a social supervisor, Party B shall actively assist in supervising the service attitude and medical quality of medical staff and put forward reasonable suggestions in time.
7. When Party B determines the medical escort, it shall present valid certificates when accompanying the doctor.
8. In case of special circumstances, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement at any time, but they must notify each other one month in advance.
Three. If both parties violate this agreement, the breaching party shall compensate the other party for the losses caused by the breach.
4. This Agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. Matters not covered in this agreement can be settled through friendly negotiation. Based on the principle of mutual assistance and mutual benefit, Party A and Party B can reach an understanding.
5. This agreement is valid for one year, and comes into effect from the date of signature by both parties.
