1, property transfer between husband and wife; This method needs to go to the vehicle management office, and the procedure is more troublesome. Need to consult the vehicle management office whether it is necessary to notarize the property.
2. Transfer procedures are generally handled between individuals. This procedure is relatively simple. The required procedures are ID card, driving license, vehicle registration certificate and vehicle employment certificate.
3. The vehicle between husband and wife can apply for changing its name to the other party's name, and it is stipulated that the husband and wife can change their name together with the vehicle. Both parties need to hold ID cards and marriage certificates and go to the vehicle management office where the vehicle is registered. Need to have vehicle certificate, driving license, vehicle registration certificate, insurance and other procedures, vehicle violations need to be dealt with.
1. The materials and processes required for transfer are as follows:
1. Now everyone goes to the vehicle management office to fill in the application form and submit the motor vehicle for inspection;
2. The current owner provides the following certificates and vouchers:
(1) my ID card;
(2) Proof and voucher of vehicle ownership transfer such as gift contract and notarial deed;
(3) Motor vehicle registration certificate;
(4) Motor vehicle driving license;
(five) the customs supervision of motor vehicles shall also submit the "Certificate of Deregulation of Vehicles under Customs Supervision in People's Republic of China (PRC)" or the transfer certificate approved by the customs;
(six) motor vehicles that have exceeded the validity period of the inspection shall also be inspected for motor vehicle safety technology, and the inspection certificate and compulsory insurance certificate shall be submitted.
3. The vehicle management office shall, within three days from the date of acceptance, endorse the changes on the motor vehicle registration certificate, recover the license plate and driving license, issue a temporary driving license valid for 30 days, and hand over the motor vehicle files to the buyer.
Legal basis: Article 18 of the Regulations on Motor Vehicle Registration, if the ownership of a registered motor vehicle is transferred, the current motor vehicle owner shall apply to the motor vehicle management office for transfer registration within 30 days from the date of delivery of the motor vehicle. Before applying for transfer registration, the owner of a motor vehicle shall deal with the illegal acts of road traffic safety and traffic accidents involving the vehicle.
Nineteenth to apply for transfer registration, the current motor vehicle owner shall fill in the application form, submit the motor vehicle for inspection, and submit the following documents and vouchers:
(a) the identity certificate of the current motor vehicle owner;
(2) Certificates and vouchers of the transfer of ownership of motor vehicles;
(3) Motor vehicle registration certificate;
(4) Motor vehicle driving license;
(five) the customs supervision of motor vehicles shall also submit the "Certificate of Deregulation of Vehicles under Customs Supervision in People's Republic of China (PRC)" or the transfer certificate approved by the customs;
(six) motor vehicles that have exceeded the validity period of the inspection shall also submit the certificate of motor vehicle safety and technical inspection and the compulsory insurance certificate for traffic accident liability. If the current motor vehicle owner lives in the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office, the vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of accepting the application, confirm the motor vehicle, check the rubbing film of the vehicle identification code, review the submitted documents and vouchers, recover the license plate and driving license, determine the new motor vehicle license plate number, endorse the transfer matters on the motor vehicle registration certificate, and reissue the license plate, driving license and inspection mark. If the domicile of the motor vehicle owner is not within the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office, it shall be handled by the vehicle management office in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of these Provisions.
