Article 4 An applicant applying for settlement of points shall meet the following conditions at the same time:

(4) No criminal record. ?
Article 9 An applicant who has obtained the qualification to settle down with points may settle down with his minor children who meet the family planning policy; Their spouses and parents apply for settlement in accordance with the current family policy of this Municipality.

Article 5 An eligible applicant shall submit an application for settlement of points through his social insurance premium payment unit. Applicants should log in to the system to fill in the information of individual points after the employer uses the digital certificate of "Legal Person One Certificate Pass" in Beijing, and submit it after the employer verifies it in the system. In the declaration stage, the submitted integral indicator information can be modified.
Article 10 A person who has obtained the qualification for settlement of points shall submit the following materials to the designated department of the district at the settlement stage:
(1) system print points settled in the application form and personnel transfer registration form; ?
(two) my identity card, residence booklet and proof of no criminal record issued by the public security organ at the place of residence; ?
(3) If it is necessary to move with minor children, submit the household registration book, birth medical certificate and family planning policy certificate issued by the family planning administrative department at the county level where the household registration is located. ?
File audit should be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. Some archivists are required to submit the acceptance letter issued by the archival institution after entering Beijing, and those without archives are required to issue a statement of integrity without archives. The above materials shall be verified by the designated department of the district and reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval. If problems are found through inspection, the scores obtained will be cancelled.
