Xibaipo expressway-charging standard
Xibaipo Expressway will be officially opened to traffic at 0: 00 on September 29, and charges will be started at the same time. The charging standard has been finalized, and each bus with less than 7 seats is in 0.4 yuan per kilometer. According to this standard, the high-speed fare from Shijiazhuang city to Xibaipo is about 28 yuan.
The Price Bureau of Hebei Province basically adopted Scheme B (the scheme with the lowest charge) at the hearing and made adjustments. After adjustment, scheme B with the lowest charging standard is selected for the first to fourth types of vehicles, and the rate and weight rate of the fifth type of vehicles are lower than that of scheme B, which is 0.075 yuan/ton-km.
The total length of Xibaipo Expressway is 7 1.36 km, calculated by Shijiazhuang citizens driving to Xibaipo, and the whole journey is around 28 yuan. According to the principle of "integer selection", the whole journey from downtown to Xibaipo should be charged according to 25 yuan or 30 yuan.

The total greening area of the whole line and environmental protection projects will reach 2 1 10 mu (excluding out-of-bounds roads), and 2.05 million trees and shrubs will be planted. Because Xisanzhuang Interchange is close to the Second Ring Road, Huozhai Interchange is the link between Beijing and Hebei. At present, the project has entered the countdown, and the first and second phases of greening have been basically completed; A total of 360,000 trees and shrubs were planted at Xisanzhuang Interchange, sowing grass seeds 155 mu. The main greening and planting work has been basically completed; 330,000 trees and shrubs were planted in Huozhai Interchange, and grass seeds were sown 130 mu.
