During the epidemic prevention and control period, the daily quota of Hunan Museum is 3,000 and Changsha Museum is 2,000. Only individuals are allowed to visit.

Exhibition: Hunan People-Sanxiang Historical and Cultural Exhibition is divided into five parts: hometown, where I come from, Dongting Bai Weiling Township, the footprint of life and the soul of Huxiang. The five parts are progressive and integrated with each other, achieving the purpose of "seeing people, things and gods" in the exhibition.
It covers all three Hunan regions and has thousands of years of classics. Its introduction embodies the painstaking efforts of Xiangbo people for many years and contains the historical background of contemporary Hunan. Let's see how a room in Hunan has been hidden for ten thousand years.
Changsha Mawangdui Han Tomb Exhibition

Location: the third floor.
Exhibition: The exhibition hall of Mawangdui Han Tomb covers an area of 5,243.8 square meters. The exhibition hall is divided into four units: amazing excavation, life and art, bamboo silk collection and eternal dream.
With the archaeological discovery of Mawangdui Han Tomb as the background, and the life stories of three tomb owners in Licang, Hou Ji as the main line, the exhibition depicts a picture of Hou Ji's family life before his death through the blending of history and art with more than 1000 precious exhibits and the storytelling and narrative techniques loved by the audience. After death, people were buried in strict accordance with the ritual system and took away the needs of life in the world after death, which reflected people's cherish of life and understanding of the universe in the early Han Dynasty. It reveals the high material civilization and spiritual civilization of China 2200 years ago, as well as the scientific and technological achievements and great contributions in the history of world civilization, and establishes the archaeological position of Mawangdui Han Tomb as a benchmark of early Han civilization.

Introduction: Changsha Historical and Cultural Exhibition is the first general history exhibition that systematically displays Changsha's history and culture. The four exhibition halls have collected more than 250 pieces (sets) of cultural relics/kloc-0, and more than 2,400 pictures of various materials.
The first part is "The Northern Section of Xiangjiang River-Changsha Ancient History and Culture Exhibition", which is divided into six exhibition areas. This paper explains the development of Changsha from the Tang and Song Dynasties to the early Qing Dynasty, which experienced the southern expedition of Shang and Zhou Dynasties, the strategy of Chu people and the enfeoffment of the Han Dynasty, highlighting the long-standing historical context.
The second part is "Changsha Modern History and Culture Exhibition", which is divided into seven parts: advocating practical application, leading the New Deal, the first response of 1911, party building, autumn harvest uprising, unity against humiliation and peaceful liberation. It shows that Changsha people, deeply influenced by Huxiang culture, take the world as their responsibility, struggle hard, advance wave after wave, turn the tide, and make outstanding contributions to national independence and people's liberation.
