Note: Enterprises registered in Zhongguancun Science Park need to submit a letter of commitment if their business projects are not specifically approved.
(2) The documents and certificates to be submitted for the registration of the partnership enterprise:
1, enterprise change (restructuring) registration (filing) application form (including enterprise change (restructuring) registration application form), changed natural person shareholders (promoters), list of investors of sole proprietorship enterprises, partners of partnership enterprises, person-in-charge registration form, enterprise domicile certificate, etc. Please fill in the corresponding contents according to different changes);
2. The change decision signed by all partners or the certificate of the reasons for the change;
3. Letter of appointment (power of attorney);
4. Revised partnership agreement;
5. The original and duplicate of the business license of the partnership enterprise.
6. To change the following items, the following documents and certificates need to be submitted: name change: notice of pre-approval of enterprise name change and list of investors with pre-approval of name (see one-time notice ①-How to pre-register name change for details).
Change of partner: identification of new partner. Change of executor of partnership affairs: power of attorney signed by all partners. Change of business scope: if the new business project involves pre-licensing, the approval documents of the relevant examination and approval departments shall be submitted. Enterprises registered in Zhongguancun Science Park shall submit a letter of commitment if they apply for not approving business projects exclusively.
Note: If the license documents need to be changed before the registered items are changed according to laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, the changed license documents shall be submitted at the time of change registration.
(3) The documents and certificates that the partnership enterprise shall submit for cancellation of registration:
1, application for cancellation of enterprise registration;
2. Letter of appointment (power of attorney);
3. Liquidation report signed by all partners. The liquidation report shall specify:
(1) Creditor's rights and debts have been cleared;
(2) Taxes and employees' salaries have been paid;
4. The original and duplicate of the business license of the partnership enterprise; When an enterprise whose business license is revoked because it did not participate in the annual inspection goes through the cancellation of registration, it shall also go through the formalities for the partner (the executor of the partnership enterprise affairs) to lift the warning restriction. Submit the following documents and certificates:
1, "Application for cancellation of enterprise registration", and the reason for cancellation indicates "Business license was revoked according to law due to failure to participate in annual inspection, and application for cancellation of registration was made. Apply for lifting the warning restriction of partner (partnership executor) ××× ";
2. The statutory capital verification and auditing institutions shall issue liquidation audit reports. The report shall include the following contents:
(1) creditor's rights and debts have been cleared;
(2) All taxes and employee salaries have been settled.
3. Letter of appointment (power of attorney);
4. Original and copy of business license.
(four) the documents and certificates that should be submitted when the partnership applies for filing:

3. According to different filing matters, the following documents and certificates need to be submitted: those who apply to delete the post-marked contents in the business scope:
(1) A copy of the approval document or certificate of the relevant special examination and approval department;
