I. Recruitment Target and Qualifications
This recruitment work is aimed at graduates of Tianjin universities in 2022 and full-time graduates of ordinary universities with Tianjin household registration. According to the number of recruitment plans, each district will set up two positions: position one (suitable for men) and position two (suitable for women). Please refer to the position table for specific job requirements and the number of recruits.
The applicant shall meet the following conditions:
1. has the nationality of China people and enjoys the political rights of citizens.
2. Good political quality, support the leadership of China * * * production party, and love socialism.
3. Graduates of Tianjin full-time colleges and universities in 2022, or graduates of Tianjin full-time colleges and universities with local household registration (as of July 3, 20221,corresponding diplomas and degree certificates must be obtained). It does not include directional training, entrusted training, all kinds of adult education, distance education, college graduates, etc.
4. Under the age of 30 (199 1 born after April).
5. Love community grassroots work, be in good health, have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally, and meet the medical examination standards for employment.
Candidates whose parents are leading cadres at or above the division level in all districts of this Municipality are not allowed to apply for positions in the district where their parents work, and they are avoided.
Under any of the following circumstances, no one may be recruited as a community worker: those who have received criminal punishment or are exempted from criminal punishment because of minor crimes; Being punished by Party discipline and political discipline; Being under investigation or having a criminal suspect that has not been ascertained; Being expelled from public office; Being dealt with by the public security organ due to bad behavior; Moral corruption, participation in illegal religious organizations; Being included in the list of joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law; Suffering from mental illness and other unsuitable jobs.
Second, the policy treatment
Community workers must work in the community during their tenure, and they are in party member. The relationship between party organizations is transferred to community party organizations and they enjoy the following policies:
1. Community workers implement the contract system and sign labor contracts with the town.
2. The remuneration of community workers is determined according to the post and working years in the community, and the level of 18 is set for three posts, which is adjusted with the salary of civil servants. The specific remuneration package is attached, and there is also an annual performance appraisal award. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and our city, pay social insurance and housing provident fund for community workers such as basic old-age pension, basic medical care, unemployment, work injury and maternity.
3. According to the relevant regulations and work arrangements, qualified community workers can participate in targeted recruitment or recruitment of civil servants and institutions.
4. Community workers who serve as secretaries of community party organizations, who meet the requirements, can be transferred to street and town career preparation personnel according to procedures.
