Postgraduate transfer registration process

Graduate transfer registration process is as follows:

First of all, fill in the transfer volunteers.

Students need to make adjustments after finding the preliminary test results. They need to collect the adjustment requirements issued by colleges and universities in their enrollment information column as soon as possible and inquire about the vacancy information of various majors, or directly contact the interested secondary colleges to apply for adjustment, determine the intention of adjusting colleges and universities, and log in to the adjustment system of "China Graduate Admissions Information Network" to fill in the adjustment volunteers.

The average student can fill in three adjustment volunteers at the same time, and can't change them until 48 hours after submitting their volunteers.

Second, wait for the second interview notice

During the adjustment period, colleges and universities will check the candidates' willingness to adjust in the adjustment system and issue a re-examination notice to candidates who meet the requirements of the school. After receiving the re-examination notice from the intended transfer institution, candidates need to confirm the re-examination notice in the transfer system and participate in the re-examination according to the requirements of the institution. If the re-examination time does not conflict, candidates can accept the re-examination notice from many universities.

3. Received a notice of intended admission.

After the second interview, the college will issue a Notice of Intention to the candidates who meet the admission conditions. After receiving the proposed admission notice, if the candidate decides to attend the institution, he/she must log in to the adjustment system within the specified time to confirm the proposed admission notice. Once the students confirm the proposed admission notice, it means that the transfer is successful and they will not be able to accept the re-examination notice or the proposed admission notice from other institutions.

Adjustment skill

1, pay attention to information collection.

While waiting for the test results, candidates can collect the transfer or professional enrollment information of these institutions at the beginning of transfer, so as to contact and apply for transfer.

Always pay attention to the information on the internet. The score line of 20 12 postgraduate re-examination was basically released in March, but some colleges and universities have released the score line in mid-February and started to release the adjustment information. Candidates should be vigilant and always pay attention to the postgraduate information published online.

2. Start early and seize the opportunity.

When you know that your grades have reached the fractional line, you should always contact the Admissions Office of the enrollment unit you are applying for, so as to know whether you can take the retest as soon as possible, or refer to the retest line of the majors reported by the school over the years. If you feel that there is little hope, you can start to contact the adjustment agency.
