1, the registration conditions for real estate agents are as follows:
(1) has its own name and organization, and the name of the real estate brokerage institution shall be marked with the words "real estate broker", specializing in real estate brokerage activities;
(2) Having a fixed business place of not less than 20 square meters;
(3) The registered capital of the real estate brokerage joint-stock company is 5 million yuan;
(4) The number of personnel holding the Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Real Estate Broker and the Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Associate Real Estate Broker in the established institution meets the requirements of the type of real estate brokerage institution.
2. Legal basis: Article 58 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban Real Estate Management Law shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Having its own name and organization;
(2) Having a fixed service place;
(3) Having the necessary property and funds;
(4) Having a sufficient number of professionals;
(5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
The establishment of a real estate intermediary service institution shall apply to the administrative department for industry and commerce for registration of establishment and obtain a business license before it can start business.
2. What materials do you need to register a real estate agent?
1. Original ID cards of legal persons, supervisors and shareholders;
2. Draw up the business scope and provide business model. If the company name is good, provide at least 5;
3. The registered capital of the company and the proportion of shareholders' contribution;
