Chapter IV Application Review Procedure
Article 12 Couples who meet the following conditions, divorced or widowed families with children, unmarried persons over 35 years old and divorced or widowed childless persons (hereinafter referred to as applicants) may apply to the subdistrict office where their household registration is located:
(a) the applicant has a permanent residence in four districts of the city;
(two) the applicant's property, per capita income and per capita housing area meet the standards approved by the municipal government and are regularly announced to the public.
Applicants can only buy a set of price-limited commercial housing. Those who have purchased affordable housing or are enjoying low-rent housing security may not purchase price-limited commercial housing.
Due to divorce, inheritance, sale, gift, debt performance and other reasons, the ownership or use right of family or individual housing is transferred to others within 5 years before the date of purchasing price-limited commercial housing, and the original housing area is calculated.
New income policy
(three) families applying for price-limited commercial housing or single people over the age of 35 should have permanent residence in urban areas; The per capita monthly income does not exceed 2796 yuan; The per capita housing construction area does not exceed 20 square meters, and the family property does not exceed 6 times of the upper limit of the family annual income standard.
