Second, the selection conditions
(1) basic conditions
Adhere to excellent academic performance and highlight political standards. Applicants must meet the following basic conditions:

2. Have a correct political stance and attitude, consciously practice socialist core values, love the party and patriotism, and have ideals and aspirations and feelings for home and country; Good moral conduct, law-abiding, down-to-earth style and strong organizational discipline.
3. Be at least18 years old before October 30th, 2022. Among them, undergraduate graduates are under 25 years old, master students are under 30 years old, and doctoral students are under 35 years old. If the academic system of a university is five years or more, the academic system will be relaxed by 1 year for every increase on the basis of the four-year academic system.
Peking University graduated with a bachelor's degree or above in 2023, majoring in economics, science, engineering, management, law, agriculture, literature, education, history, philosophy and medicine. Undergraduate and graduate students should obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates as scheduled according to the prescribed academic system (doctoral students should obtain them before employment registration).
5. Excellent comprehensive performance during school, good interpersonal and language skills, willingness to serve the grassroots and hard-working spirit, physical and mental health, and meeting the standards of employment physical examination.
Graduates from independent colleges, entrusted training, on-the-job training and orientation training are not included in the selection scope.

Third, select the program.
According to the procedures of online registration and qualification examination, primary selection, comprehensive test, inspection and physical examination, and open employment.
(1) Online registration and qualification examination

During the online registration period, the registration information of the selected position will be updated on the registration website in time. Eligible students should pay attention to it in time, and make a comprehensive analysis based on their personal situation and the number of applicants to prevent them from being too concentrated in certain positions.
Qualification examination runs through the whole process of selection and transfer. In any link, if it is found that the candidate does not meet the qualification conditions for transfer, or has fraudulent behavior, once verified, the qualification for transfer will be cancelled.
(2) primary election
After the registration is confirmed, the primary election will be held in the school, and the specific time and place will be notified separately. The primary election results are fed back by the school, and those who pass the primary election enter the comprehensive test.
(3) Comprehensive test
The comprehensive test is scheduled for late February 2022. The specific time and place will be announced separately.
The comprehensive test objectively and comprehensively understands the candidates' political quality, ideological and moral character, basic ability and development potential, and uses the percentage system to calculate the score. The comprehensive test sets a qualified score line, and those who pass the score line enter the inspection and physical examination.
(4) Inspection and physical examination
The inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the department where the candidate belongs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the civil service recruitment inspection. Those who fail to pass the inspection or give up the inspection qualification will be disqualified.
Physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the standards and requirements of civil servants' physical examination. Give up the medical examination or the medical examination is unqualified, and cancel the qualification for transfer.
The specific time and place of inspection and physical examination will be notified separately. If the results are distorted due to fraud or concealment during physical examination, the qualification for adjustment will be cancelled.
(5) Employment publicity
According to the comprehensive test, inspection and physical examination, determine the list of personnel to be transferred and publicize it on the registration website for 5 working days. If there is no objection or the problems reflected at the expiration of the publicity period do not affect the selection, the organization department of the municipal party Committee and the organization department of the district (city) Committee shall sign a tripartite employment agreement with the students themselves in accordance with the regulations. If the transferred person fails to obtain the corresponding diploma and degree certificate within the specified time, the transfer relationship will automatically terminate. After the contract is signed, the contract may not be terminated without the consent of the organization department. The transferred personnel must hand over the files to the employer within the specified time.
The probation period of the selected personnel is 1 year, and the employer will conduct assessment after the probation period expires. Formal employment after passing the examination, and termination of employment contract for those who fail.
Fourth, management training.
The selected personnel are managed by the Organization Department of Qingdao Municipal Committee, incorporated into the information base of Selected Graduates in the city, and tracked and trained. The salary after employment shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the salary of staff in Qingdao public institutions.
