(four) since taking office, the comprehensive assessment is excellent.
(five) according to the provincial government's "Opinions on Implementing the State Council's Decision on Further Strengthening Rural Education", he was promoted to the post of senior primary school teacher; In principle, you must have two years of teaching experience in rural primary schools.
In addition to the above conditions, different types of schools and teaching and research institutions should also meet the following conditions:
City primary school

The excellent rate of teacher evaluation, parent evaluation and school committee evaluation must reach 90% respectively. (2) Rural primary schools (including central primary schools)

(3) Teaching and research institutions
Since assuming the present position, he has presided over the completion of teaching and research projects of this discipline 1 above, conducted in-depth school guidance research for not less than 60 days, conducted demonstration classes or academic lectures for not less than 4 times a year, and published no less than 4 educational, teaching and research papers in municipal core journals; While completing the above tasks, the teaching staff of the Municipal Teaching and Research Office should undertake and complete a teaching reform project, and at least two papers should be published in educational journals at or above the provincial level or exchanged at academic conferences at or above the provincial level.
