The floating population holds the required materials to the village (community neighborhood committee) where the woman lives now, fills out the Application Form for Registration of One-Child Fertility Service for Floating Population Outside the Province in triplicate, and submits it to the people's government of the township (town) or the subdistrict office where she lives now.
Step 2 confirm
The woman's current residence township (town, street) shall, after receiving the relevant materials for the floating couple to apply for the birth of the first child, verify the marriage and childbirth situation to the township (town, street) where the husband and wife are registered by telephone, letter or floating population family planning information management system within three working days, and indicate that the household registration place needs to be fed back and verified within 10 working days, in which the household registration in the province needs to be entered into the information system in time.
3. Check according to different situations.
(1) Those who meet the requirements and have complete information and are verified by the population and family planning information management system shall register immediately.
(2) those who meet the requirements and have complete information and hold the certificate of marriage and childbearing of floating population or the certificate of family planning service that has passed the inspection by the family planning institution in their current residence shall register immediately;
(3) After verification by the registered residence, the registered residence will give feedback within 10 working days, and if the marriage and childbirth situation is true, it will be registered.
(4) If the household registration has not been declared for more than 10 working days after verification, it will be regarded as "it is difficult to verify the situation of marriage and childbearing", and both husband and wife will register after signing the "Commitment Letter on the Registration of Floating Population Giving birth to a Child".

1, save trouble early, and start handling it when you are pregnant.
2. Call before departure to avoid going back and forth: consult the personnel/file storage place/family planning office/street office staff in detail before departure and ask for details in advance.
3. Prepare the file bag for safekeeping: there are many application materials, which should be put in the file bag and fully carried.
4. Make more copies: each material has a copy requirement, and it should be copied on A4 paper.
