Shengguang temple
Guangsi Temple is the second temple of the Eighth Division. It was founded more than 1300 years ago in the Dali period of the Tang Dynasty. Guangsi Temple is famous for offering Buddhist tooth relics to Sakyamuni, and it has become one of the centers for Chinese and foreign Buddhists to worship.
According to the textual research of Zhao Puchu, the late president of the Chinese Buddhist Association, the Buddha's tooth enshrined in Lingguang Temple is indeed one of the two Buddha's teeth left in the world after the death of Buddha, so it is extremely precious. Today, the Buddha's Tooth Pagoda in Lingguang Temple is majestic and tall, with a height of 5 1 m and an octagonal shape. It is a 13-story tower with a white marble pagoda 2.7 meters above the ground. There are seven halls in the tower. The Buddha tooth relic is enshrined in Jintang Pagoda. There is a stone ladder outside the Buddha Tooth Hall. The pagoda is made of pure gold, with a height of about 1 m and a weight of 135 kg. The heart meridian wall is located on the north side of the Buddha's Tooth Pagoda and built according to the mountain situation. It needs to walk up the stone steps. This wall was completed at 200 1, which is a brand-new building. The Heart Sutra, named Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra, is regarded as a classic by Buddhists, and Buddhist monks and nuns must read and learn every day. The host of Lingguang Temple carved this core Buddhist classic on the huge stone wall for the majority of believers and tourists to observe and learn. The wall is 30 meters wide and 7 meters high. The base is granite, the wall is blue and white stone, and it is covered with green glazed tiles. It is solemn, elegant, simple and generous. There are no five hundred arhats in Lingsi Temple. It was not until the construction of the Lohan Wall in early 2004 that the Lohan statue appeared. This arhat wall is 25 meters wide and 8.35 meters high. The overall structure is granite, and there are 500 arhats in relief. The image of Lohan on the wall is extremely vivid, full of artistic imagination and romantic spirit. The expressions and movements of the characters are different, and they are free, natural and vivid.
Dabei Temple
It is the fourth temple in badachu park, Dabei Temple, formerly known as Yinji Temple. The temple is located in the deep jungle alone, with layers of temples standing on the mountain, with the gate facing south. The first floor of Dabei Temple is Shanmen Temple, and there is a white marble hall embedded under the eaves, engraved with the five characters "Building a Hall of Great Compassion", which is the imperial pen of Emperor Kangxi. In the middle of the mountain hall is a potbellied statue of Maitreya, with a bright smile and eyebrows like moonlight. The four heavenly kings around them, all dressed in armor and armed with instruments, glared at each other, imposing. These five statues are all new works in recent years. These two halls are the halls of Mahatma. Eighteen arhats in the Mahatma Hall are all sitting on marble, listening attentively to Sakyamuni's sermon, thinking or dancing. All of them are lifelike and can be called masterpieces. The eighteen arhats here are special, because its author is Liu Yuan, a sculptor from China. Behind the Hall of Great Compassion is the Hall of Great Compassion. A colorful Guanyin statue is enshrined in the hall. Show sympathy for others, like a loving mother. The first floor behind the hall is the pharmacist Buddha Hall, which has just been restored in the past two years. Structure, layout and painting
