First, select an object.
The selection targets are full-time undergraduate and above students who graduated in 2022.
Second, transfer positions.
The selected position is the position of the civil servant law organ in Changchun City and the urban area under its jurisdiction (including referring to the civil servant law management organ). Third, the selection conditions
1. Have the civil servant qualification stipulated in the Civil Service Law.
2. Candidates must have the nationality of China people and have no permanent residency outside the country.
3. Good ideological and political quality, correct political stance and attitude, firmly establish "four consciousnesses", strengthen "four self-confidences" and resolutely achieve "two maintenance".
4. Requirements related to academic degree: In 2022, some "double-first-class" universities (disciplines) in China should generally obtain full-time education academic degree certificates before July 3, 2022 (no later than February 3, 2022), and a number of undergraduate institutions should be admitted in the year of graduation.
5. The age is between 18 and 30 (born on July 3, 2004, between1,1992 and 3 1); Doctoral students are generally under 35 years old (born after July 3 1987).
6. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.
7. Give priority to party member (including party member) in 1 that meets one of the following four conditions; Served as a student cadre for at least half a year during the undergraduate or postgraduate period, won awards at or above the school level during the undergraduate or postgraduate period, and had experience in joining the army. All the above conditions must be obtained before the registration deadline.
8. Anyone who violates laws and regulations, has academic misconduct or moral conduct problems, or has been punished, or is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant according to the Civil Service Law and other relevant laws and regulations, may not apply for the exam. Candidates who are related to the employees of the recruitment unit listed in Article 74 of the Civil Service Law (that is, husband and wife relationship, lineal blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations and close in-laws relationship) should be avoided.

1. The municipal finance gives resettlement subsidies and housing subsidies. Selected Graduates's minimum service in Changchun is five years. 2. Selected Graduates's post-employment ranking is determined by academic qualifications and job vacancies. The probation period is one year. 3. Selected Graduates is listed in the city's outstanding young cadres training plan, and the organization department of the municipal party committee implements follow-up management and special training exercises to create conditions for Selected Graduates's growth and success. It is planned to take out a certain number of middle-level leadership positions from the municipal authorities and counties (cities) every year to conduct competitive selection for eligible Selected Graduates.
4. After being hired, Selected Graduates worked in the recruiting unit for 1 year. After the probation period expired, he was sent to the grass-roots post for 2 years.
5. The recruitment registration, interview and medical examination fees shall be borne by Changchun City.
6. For spouses from different places who work exclusively in Selected Graduates during the service period and meet the requirements of corresponding academic qualifications and professional age, and meet the demand of introducing high-level talents in Changchun, coordination and assistance will be provided for their long-term employment in accordance with the relevant documents on introducing high-level talents in Changchun.
