Why is Lenovo's notebook configuration in the United States generally higher than that in China, but the price is so much cheaper than that in China?

Lenovo's price in the United States is lower than that in China, but the configuration is better for two reasons:

1. The overall price of computers in North America is lower than that in Chinese mainland. In order to gain an advantage in local competition, we can only set a lower price.

2. The consumption tax and value-added tax rates in the United States are lower than those in China, so Lenovo in the United States will be lower than China even at the same cost.
