New regulations of Langfang hukou in 2022

Conditions for immediate family members to apply for moving in: spouses, children, grandchildren and parents of both husband and wife who live in the urban area with the trusted person can apply for moving in: application for settlement, household registration book, identity card, relevant kinship certificate or written statement of kinship (the trusted husband and wife provide marriage certificate).

The new policy of household registration migration in 2022 is as follows:

1. The moving party opens an account book in the local area. Rural hukou, to open a rural hukou certificate. If not, the default is urban residents;

2. Bring the marriage certificates, household registration books and identity cards of both parties, and issue a letter of proof of emigration to the emigration party;

3. The Household Registration Section of the Public Security Bureau will call you to get the certificate;

4. Get the transfer certificate from the police station of the moving party;

5. Go to the police station where your household registration belongs.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration. Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority. Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.

Household registration is based on households. The person who lives with the supervisor is a household and the supervisor is the head of the household. An independent family, with me in charge. The head of household is responsible for reporting household registration in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.

Citizens should be registered as permanent residents in their habitual residence, and a citizen can only be registered as permanent residents in one place.
