Query requirements:
1. If you check through the counter, you should show your ID card; The handling personnel of the unit shall produce the registration certificate of housing provident fund deposit and my ID card and other documents.
2. For telephone or online inquiry, employees need to enter their ID number and password.
Time limit for inquiry: if you apply for inquiry through the counter, telephone or internet, you will be given an answer on the spot; Apply for housing provident fund information for more than three years, and give a reply within 10 working days after accepting the application. Units or employees who have objections to the query results can apply to the management center for review, and the review results will be fed back to the applicant within 15 working days.
Specific methods for inquiring the balance of Nanchong provident fund
(1) Telephone enquiry
Operation process: Enquirers of Nanchong housing provident fund can call the provident fund service hotline 12329, and press the key 2 according to the voice prompt to enter the deposit balance inquiry. Enter the ID number and password according to the prompt (please consult the unit manager for the initial password), and the system will broadcast the latest provident fund balance data. If the ID number is lost or wrong, it will be broadcast on the hotline as the account does not exist. If you enter the query for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. After the ID number is changed, the password has been changed and restored to the original password.
Special note: Due to various reasons, some personal information in our city's provident fund system is not perfect, such as missing, duplicate, wrong and nonstandard names of ID cards, and individual employees may not be able to check their personal balances. It is hoped that the management personnel of each unit will report and supplement in time, and the employee ID number will be as new as possible 18 digits. At the end of each month, our center will copy the latest personal deposit balance data to the telecommunications department. Please pay the due amount in time.

Bring personal ID cards and other materials to the service hall window of Nanchong Provident Fund Center to handle the related personal provident fund account inquiry business.
