Can merchants complain if they don't agree with WeChat to pay a refund?

If the user and the merchant can't reach an agreement on the transaction, they can make a complaint and report. The operation process is as follows:

1. Open WeChat and follow me-> Payment-> Wallet->; Click on the bill;

2. Find the corresponding specific transaction bill and select "Have questions about the order" at the bottom;

3. Find the "complaint report" and choose the corresponding complaint according to your own situation.

4. Fill in the relevant information and wait for the official handling after submission.

Please note that as a third-party payment institution, WeChat provides monetary fund settlement services for merchants, not public security and judicial organs, and cannot handle transaction disputes between users and merchants. If the merchants and users can't reach an agreement, it is suggested to solve the dispute through legal channels as soon as possible. Wechat payment has no judicial power and cannot intercept funds. If assistance is needed, WeChat will fully cooperate with the public security and judicial organs.
