30, the newly established construction enterprises to apply for construction general contracting qualification, the construction administrative departments of the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government within 2 months after the end of the annual inspection; Applications for professional contracting and subcontracting qualifications shall be handled by stages.
Level 3 qualification standard:
