Second, the interview place
The position of clinical medicine in Changdao County was interviewed in Laishan, and the position of teaching English and music was interviewed in Qixia City. Interviews in other counties and cities are held locally. The specific interview location is subject to the interview notice.
Third, the content and form of the interview
(1) Except for computer major, the teaching post adopts simulated teaching mode, specifies the teaching content, and distributes teaching materials on site. The positions of supporting medicine, agriculture, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine adopt a combination of structured interview and skill test, and the test and interview are carried out at the same time. Other positions take the form of structured interviews.
(2) After the candidate's interview (trial lecture), the examiner will make a comprehensive evaluation according to his answer and skill operation. , and judge the score independently according to the scoring standard, and the score will not appear decimal. The interview test score is determined by removing a highest score and a lowest score from each evaluation factor, and then comprehensively calculating the average score. The results will be announced on the spot after all interviews and tests are completed.
(3) After the interview, according to the ratio of 50% of the written test and 50% of the interview results, the total test scores of candidates are calculated by using the percentage system. The total score of the exam is calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the total score of the exam, from high score to low score, the personnel who enter the medical examination range are determined equally. If the total score is the same, it shall be determined according to the written test results. If the total score and interview results are the same, the principle of giving priority to poor family graduates, highly educated graduates and returning graduates shall be followed.
(4) The list of persons entering the medical examination scope shall be announced on the spot by the counties and cities when the results are announced, and the finalists shall be notified to attend the medical examination at Yantai News Center before 7: 30 am on June 26th.
Fourth, matters needing attention
(1) The interviewer will print the interview notice at Yantai Personnel Testing Network (www.ytrsks.gov.cn) after 6: 00pm on June 23rd.
(2) The interviewer should report to the interview site at 7: 00 a.m. on June 25th, and being late for 15 minutes will be regarded as abstention; Candidates attending the afternoon interview will report to the interview place at 13: 30, and being late for 15 minutes will be regarded as abstention.
(3) All personnel participating in the interview should report in time with the interview notice, written test admission ticket and ID card, and attend the interview on time.
