China Petroleum Planning Institute was originally the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Petroleum Industry, and now it is a scientific research unit directly under China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Group Corporation), and it is the decision-making personnel of the Group Corporation.
