Citizen Center is a platform of "integration, standardization, intelligence and humanization". Set up a comprehensive acceptance window in each comprehensive handling area to accept delivery in a unified way, so as to fully realize that people and enterprises only need to find one window and queue up once. The eight functions of the Civic Center are government information disclosure, government online consultation, government decision-making hearing, social opinion collection, NGO service, NGO development, social autonomy and mutual assistance, and citizen development display. Responsibilities of citizen service center: 1. Disclosure of relevant information in accordance with the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Information Openness. 2, by holding hearings, policy consultation, publicity and other forms, widely listen to public opinions and suggestions, and promote the democratization and scientific decision-making. 3. Provide a platform for citizens to display their talents and creativity, stimulate their social creativity and improve their civilized quality. 4. Establish community self-governing organizations and public welfare mutual aid organizations. 5. Actively carry out information communication activities among non-governmental organizations, and vigorously publicize the achievements of advanced non-governmental organizations in serving the society. 6. Provide places for NGOs to carry out public welfare services and enhance the overall image of NGOs.
The working hours of the staff of the Civic Center are from 9: 00 am to 12: 00 am and from 13: 30 pm to 17: 00 pm from Monday to Sunday. Citizen service center is the window, platform and bridge between government, non-governmental organizations and citizens, which embodies the basic functions of openness of government affairs, cooperation between government and society, and interaction between government and people. Through various ways and channels, collect all kinds of social information related to citizens' demands and vital interests, provide channels for citizens to make suggestions and give timely feedback to relevant government departments.
Legal basis:
The State Council's Decision on Amending the Provisions of the State Council on Working Hours of Employees Article 36 The state practices a working-hour system in which the daily working hours of laborers do not exceed eight hours and the average weekly working hours do not exceed forty-four hours.
Article 37 The employing unit shall, in accordance with the working hours system stipulated in Article 36 of this Law, reasonably determine the labor quota and piecework remuneration standard for the workers who carry out piecework.
Article 38 The employing unit shall ensure that workers have at least one day off every week.
Article 39 If an enterprise is unable to implement the provisions of Articles 36 and 38 of this Law due to its production characteristics, it may take other measures for work and rest with the approval of the labor administrative department.
