Yang Zhenning was born in 1922. His father studied in the United States and later served as a professor of mathematics in Tsinghua University for a long time. Yang Zhenning 1942 graduated from the National The National SouthWest Associated University University, and wrote a graduation thesis with Wu Dayou. 1944 obtained a master's degree after studying in Tsinghua and Wang Zhuxi. From the age of 46 to 48, Eduarte Le, known as the "father of the hydrogen bomb" at the University of Chicago in the United States, received a doctorate. Later, during his work at Princeton University, his research won the 1957 physics prize.
Li Zhengdao 1926 was born in a businessman's family in Shanghai, and 1943 graduated from Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. After entering Zhejiang University, he merged into the National Southwest United University. 1946 went to the university of Chicago to study for a doctorate, and then worked in the university of California at Berkeley and Princeton university for a short time. He started as an assistant professor at Columbia University from 1953, and became the youngest full professor at the age of 29 in 56 years. In 1957, Li Zhengdao won the Nobel Prize at the age of 3 1 year, becoming the second youngest winner in history.
Ding Zhaozhong was born in 1936, and his parents are professors in China. Later, he studied in Taiwan Province Province, and 1956 went to the United States. He finished his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Michigan, and received his doctorate in 62 years. Li Yuanzhe was also born in 1936, but in Hsinchu, Taiwan Province. After doing postdoctoral research at Harvard University, 1968 began to be an assistant professor at the University of Chicago, became a full professor in 73, and taught at the University of California, Berkeley in 74.
Cui Qi 1939 was born in Henan, 1957 graduated from Peizheng Middle School, and then studied in the United States. He received his doctorate from the University of Chicago in 1967, and then worked in Bell Laboratories. He has been a professor at Princeton University since 1982.
Chu Wendi was born in 1948. His father is also a physicist studying in China. He teaches in St Louis, Missouri, so Zhu was born in St Louis. After graduating from the University of Rochester, he received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley at 1976, and then worked in Bell Laboratories. He has been a professor of physics at Stanford University since 1990, and his brother is a professor at Stanford University School of Medicine.
