Long-term and in-depth research in the fields of metallogenic geochemistry, metallogenic mechanism, metallogenic prediction, resource exploration and eco-geological geochemical evaluation; It has formed its own academic system and characteristics in the fields of ore-forming material source, activation, migration and enrichment law of ore-forming materials, metallogenic prediction and prospecting model, environmental geology and geochemistry and ecological effect evaluation caused by mineral resources development, and achieved certain economic benefits. In this paper, the oxidation and reduction of sulfide by microorganisms in the oxidation zone of metal deposits and the secondary enrichment of ore-forming elements are deeply studied, and meaningful opinions are put forward.
