1, confined water dewatering technology for large-area ultra-deep foundation pit in dual-structure stratum without impervious curtain measures

The soil layers in the construction area of Wuhan International Trade Center are: artificial fill, clay, silt silty clay, silt, fine sand and pebbles from top to bottom. There are confined groundwater in the fine sand layer and pebble layer, and the Yangtze River is used as supplementary water source, which is hydraulically connected. The elevation of the confined water head is about-8.0m, which fluctuates with the fluctuation of the Yangtze River water level. The buried depth of the basement floor of Wuhan International Trade Center Building is-16.80 m, and the foundation pit excavation needs to enter the silty sand layer rich in groundwater, and the elevation of the confined water head of the foundation pit should be reduced to below-18.50 m during the floor construction. In the concrete implementation, the following technical measures have been taken:

(1) Different types of groundwater have different treatment methods, and the key point of precipitation is deep confined groundwater. On the premise of retaining the upper groundwater, the dewatering scheme of pumping deep confined groundwater by the whole well is adopted.

(2) Develop dewatering design software, optimize the number and layout of dewatering wells by computer-aided design, and predict dewatering effect and additional settlement of soil layer caused by dewatering.

(3) Improve the structure of dewatering tube well and reduce the sand content of pumping water.

2. Preparation and pumping technology of large-flow high-strength concrete

The concrete design of Wuhan International Trade Building includes C65-C40, all of which are high-strength concrete with a large amount of concrete. C60 and C65 high-strength concrete with large flow rate is prepared by making full use of ordinary limestone machine-made macadam in Wuhan area and No.525 ordinary portland cement, which is suitable for slip-form technology and meets the pumping requirements of slump 160-200mm. Vertical pumping and horizontal mechanical distribution are adopted to realize the overall mechanization of concrete pouring.

3. Integral pouring construction technology of super-thick mass concrete

At the same time, computer technology is introduced into the application of copper-constantan thermocouple in temperature monitoring, which realizes the dynamic monitoring of mass concrete strength and temperature difference, effectively controls the cooling speed of surface concrete and the temperature difference between inside and outside concrete, avoids the occurrence of temperature cracks, and ensures the engineering quality of basement floor.

4. Synchronous large-area integral hydraulic slipform construction technology of prestressed dense beam floor wall column.

In the integral slip-form construction of prestressed dense beam floor structure with a sliding area of 2300 square meters, the original slip-form construction technology was tackled and innovated, and a series of technical problems in slip-form construction were solved, such as using slip-form technology for horizontal structures such as dense beams of floor structure, integral sliding for vertical structures such as walls and columns, and using high-strength concrete for slip-form construction, which promoted the development of slip-form construction technology. (4) High-strength concrete is applied to slip-form construction, and vertical pumping and horizontal mechanical distribution are adopted to realize the overall mechanization of pouring concrete.

Slipform construction of the main structure of Wuhan International Trade Center Building starts from zero meters to the top of parapet. 8.
