1. Recruitment positions and conditions: see the attached table, all of which require doctoral degrees. For engineering and technical personnel with rich practical experience and high level who are urgently needed in some major projects, the degree requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
2. Relevant treatment: Full-time researchers are employed by personnel agencies, and the duration of employment is managed. During the employment period, the salary, endowment insurance, medical insurance and housing accumulation fund of full-time scientific research personnel shall be paid by the school, and the settling-in expenses and post allowance of doctoral students shall be paid by the employed project unit.
