1. The applicant and accompanying children fill out the Application Form for Mainland Residents to Settle in Hong Kong or Macao respectively, and submit recent bareheaded blue background color photos (48× 33mm) of the applicant and compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao;
2. Submit the original ID card and residence booklet of the applicant, and submit a copy;
3. Submit the original ID card of Hong Kong and Macao residents and the pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the Mainland, and submit a copy;
4. Submit the original marriage certificate and a copy;
5. Submit the birth medical certificate, ID card (16 years old) and the original household registration book of the mainland children, and submit a copy; Original copies of birth certificates of overseas children, Hong Kong and Macao residents' identity cards and Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland, and submit copies.
6. To apply for settlement in Macao, a copy of the identity card of Hong Kong and Macao residents and a copy of the passport for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the Mainland shall be submitted; Registration of marriage in Hong Kong and application for settlement in Hong Kong are required to submit a copy of marriage certificate and ID card.
