Division of responsibilities of Shanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics

(a) responsible for the formulation of the province's statistical work regulations, statistical modernization planning and statistical investigation planning, organization and leadership and comprehensive coordination of the province's statistical work, research and development of the province's statistical system reform program and implementation measures.

(two) to supervise and inspect the implementation of the statistics law.

(three) to establish and improve the national economic accounting system, statistical index system and statistical investigation system in the province, and to formulate and approve the relevant statistical standards and investigation plans in the province.

(four) to collect, sort out and provide the basic statistical data of the whole province, and make statistical analysis, prediction and supervision.

(five) the establishment and management of the province's statistical information automation system and statistical database system.

(six) unified management of the central statistical funds of government departments at or above the county level.

(seven) to assist the local government to manage the leadership of the Municipal Bureau of Statistics, organize and manage the evaluation of statistical titles in the province, and manage the rural, urban and enterprise investigation teams located throughout the province. (eight) to organize and guide the province's statistical scientific research, statistical education, statistical cadre training and statistical newspaper publishing. (nine) to undertake other tasks assigned by the provincial government.
