You don't have to take the train to get the ticket.

Before introducing, let me explain to you two kinds of paper bills that you will encounter by train at present-itinerary information sheet and ticket:

Train information sheet: contains all the information related to the train number, but it cannot be used as reimbursement voucher.

Paper ticket: you are familiar with the fare reimbursement voucher.

At present, most railway stations already have the conditions for checking in by swiping the second-generation ID card. Passengers do not need to bring paper tickets (trip information sheet or paper tickets) to swipe their ID cards to enter the station and check in.

However, whether or not to get tickets and how to get tickets are also related to the way of purchasing tickets and whether or not to reimburse them. The following is information about Xiao Lang for you:

1. Ticket purchase at the train station window: Paper tickets or travel itinerary will be presented when purchasing tickets at the window. If you don't reimburse, you only need travel itinerary; In case of reimbursement, the conductor needs to print a paper ticket for you. After you get the ticket, you can directly swipe your ID card to check in after you know the information such as the seat of the train.

2. Online ticket purchase (no reimbursement): After online ticket purchase, if you don't need reimbursement, you can directly take your ID card to check in, without taking any other paper bills. If you forget the train information and can't find it, you can print the trip information sheet at the self-service terminal "Internet Ticket Collection".

3. Online ticket purchase (reimbursement required): If you are on a business trip and need to reimburse your travel expenses, you must bring a paper ticket. You can go to the window to pick up the tickets when you pick them up. Generally, you need to queue up, so I suggest you go to the self-service terminal to pick up the tickets. When picking up tickets at the self-service ticket collection terminal, you only need to select "Pick up reimbursement voucher" instead of "Pick up tickets online". If it is too late to get on the bus to pick up the ticket, you can also pick up the paper ticket at the window or self-service terminal after arriving at the station.

4. Self-service terminal ticket purchase (no reimbursement): Select "ticket purchase" at the self-service terminal, then select the arrival place, date, train number and seat according to the prompt, and then pay to complete the ticket purchase. The terminal will print a trip information sheet with ticket information on it, and you can directly swipe your ID card to check in without taking a paper ticket.

5. Ticket purchase at self-service terminal (reimbursement required): Select "Ticket Purchase" at self-service terminal, and the process is the same as Article 4. After printing the itinerary information sheet, you need to select "Take Reimbursement Voucher" to print the paper ticket. Two operations are needed.

At present, some railway station self-service terminals have improved this operation. In the process of "purchasing tickets", you will be prompted whether to print the reimbursement voucher. Simply select "Yes" to print paper tickets in one operation.

6. If you don't have the conditions for checking in with a second-generation ID card, you can only take a paper ticket.
