1963, when Warner closed its animation department, director Fritz and producer Dupati jointly founded their own animation company "Depaty Freren". The first person to start a company was to make animation for the American film Pink Panther starring david niven at that time. Because the images of Pink Panther and clumsy detective Crusoe in the opening film are very funny, and the film has been well received by critics, the United States decided to sign a new contract with Dupati-freeland Company to make a cartoon short film starring Pink Panther for 6 minutes each episode. Their first short film "Think Phink" was a great success in cinema promotion and release, and made persistent efforts to win the Oscar Award for Best Preview Animation Short Film of the Year, and the whole series was also launched vigorously. After showing more than 100 movies in the cinema, with the shrinking of the cinema cartoon market, Pink Panther jumped off the big screen and began to occupy the cartoon TV stalls on Saturday morning, which lasted for about ten years.
