And the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center on the Examination Work of the First-class Construction Engineer Qualification Examination in 2022 (No.57 [2022] of the People's Testing Center), the relevant matters concerning the first-class construction engineer qualification examination in Beijing in 2022 are hereby notified as follows:
I. Scope of the applicant
Examination registration is strictly localized, and applicants who are currently working or living in Beijing can register for the examination in Beijing.
Second, the exam settings
There are three grades for the qualification examination of the first-class constructor, namely "taking all subjects", "exemption from two subjects" and "adding majors". Applicants should correctly choose the corresponding level according to the registration conditions. The examination content includes four subjects: construction engineering economics, construction engineering laws and regulations and related knowledge, construction engineering project management and professional engineering management and practice. There are 10 professional categories in the discipline of professional engineering management and practice, namely: construction engineering, highway engineering, railway engineering, civil aviation airport engineering, port and waterway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal public works, communication and radio and television engineering, mining engineering and electromechanical engineering. Applicants can choose one of them according to actual work needs.
Third, the registration conditions
Anyone who abides by national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the first-class constructor qualification examination of the corresponding level.
(a) to participate in all four subjects (registration system to choose "general examination" level)
1. Get a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 4 years.
2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 3 years.
3. Obtain a master's degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 2 years.
4. Get a doctorate in engineering, management science and engineering, and engage in construction management of construction projects 1 year.
(two) to participate in the examination of 2 subjects (in the registration system to choose the "two subjects free" level)
Before February 3, 2003, 65438+KLOC-0, 2003, those who obtained the qualification certificate of first-class project manager of construction enterprises issued by the former Ministry of Construction and met one of the following conditions may be exempted from taking the two subjects of construction engineering economics and construction engineering project management:
1. Employed as a senior professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economy.
2 with engineering or engineering economics college degree or above, engaged in construction project construction management for 20 years.
(3) Take the 1 subject exam (select "Additional Major" level in the registration system)
Those who have obtained the qualification certificate of first-class construction engineer can choose the corresponding major of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" according to the actual work needs.
(4) Description of registration conditions
1. The requirements for academic qualifications or degrees in the registration conditions refer to the formal academic qualifications or degrees recognized by the national education administrative department.
2. Engaged in construction management refers to the sum of working hours before and after obtaining the required education or degree, and its calculation deadline is 65438+February 3, 20221. The experience of full-time academic applicants during graduation is not included in the working years.
Four. Examination arrangement and answering requirements
(1) The exam will be closed for 2 hours. After 5 minutes, it is forbidden to enter the examination room. After 2 hours, you can hand in your papers and leave.
(2) The stationery that candidates take in the exam is limited to black ink pens, 2B pencils, erasers, rulers and calculators with silent text editing function.
(3) The subject of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" is mainly composed of objective questions, and the answers are given on the special answer sheet. Before answering questions, candidates must carefully read the notes on the two test papers and the answers on the front page of the special answer sheet, and use the prescribed answering tools to answer in the designated area of the special answer sheet; The rest of the subjects are objective questions. Answer them on the answer sheet.

(2) Registration process and matters needing attention
Applicants must log on to the official website Personnel Examination Service Channel of Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (/ywsite/bjpta/), enter the "Examination Registration" column, and click the registration link for this examination to register. 1. The time for submitting registration information is from September 15 to September 2 1 day, 2022. In principle, the registration information will return the verification result within 24 hours. Applicants are advised to complete user registration in advance and supplement information such as academic qualifications and degrees to avoid missing registration.
2. The online payment time is from September 24th to September 28th, 2022. (3) Print the admission ticket

Six, test scores and certificate management

"General examination" level personnel must pass all examination subjects within 2 consecutive examination years; "Two subjects exempted" level personnel must pass the corresponding examination subjects within 1 examination year; "Additional Professional" level personnel must pass the corresponding examination subjects within 1 examination year.

(3) According to the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Promoting Electronic Certificates of Professional and Technical Personnel (No.97 issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Department [2021]), the people of China * * * and the national first-class construction engineer's qualification certificates promote electronic qualification certificates while issuing paper qualification certificates. Those who pass the examination can log on to China Personnel Examination Network, select the column of "Certificate Inspection" and click "Certificate Inspection". Paper qualification certificates are still issued according to the original method, uniformly printed by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and are valid throughout the country.
(4) According to the spirit of the Notice on the Pilot Implementation of Electronic Qualification Notice for Professional and Technical Personnel Examination (No.80 issued by Beijing Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2019]), those who have passed the professional examination can log in to the "Personal Affairs" column of official website of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, enter the "Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Certificate", and download and print the corresponding electronic qualification notice. The electronic qualification notice has the same effect as the paper version of the examination certificate, which can be used as the basis for adding professional categories when registering.
Seven, charging standards and electronic bills.
(1) According to the Reply of Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau on the Fees for Professional Qualification Examination of Supervision Engineers (No.347 issued by Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission [2021]), the fees for objective questions in this examination are 56 yuan for each person and 65 yuan for each subject.
(2) Electronic bills are used for examination fees, and paper bills are no longer issued. The electronic bill information will be pushed to the registered mobile phone of the candidate by SMS within 30 working days after the end of this exam. Candidates can log in to official website, Beijing Finance Bureau, and download and print their own electronic bills according to the SMS prompts. Applicants can log in to the service guide column of the personnel examination service channel and click on "Question Answers" to inquire about "Electronic Bill Collection".
(3) Candidates who have not received the electronic bill information or deleted the electronic bill information by mistake within 30 working days after the end of this exam, please send their name, ID number, mobile phone number and exam name to KSZXCW rsj.beijing.gov.cn. Within 3 working days after sending the e-mail, the staff will contact the candidates to solve the related electronic bill problems.
Eight, the epidemic prevention and control matters needing attention
(1) Personnel examination candidates are involved in many industries and have strong mobility. In order to ensure the health and safety of reference personnel during the examination, it is suggested that all candidates should register and make an appointment in their unit or community before the examination according to the requirements of vaccination in COVID-19, so as to complete the vaccination work.
(2) Candidates should monitor their health within 14 days before the exam; /kloc-before and during the 0/4 exam, avoid gathering activities such as parties and dinners, reduce access to crowded public places, and take personal protection when taking public transport.

Nine. Handling of violations of discipline and discipline
(1) The applicant should refer to it in good faith. (2) Candidates should take good care of their answers during the examination to prevent others from copying. After the exam, the exam answers identified as the same answers by technical means will be regarded as invalid answers.
