Grade a qualification

(4) The registered capital of the enterprise shall not be less than RMB 1 10,000 yuan;
(5) In the past three years, the accumulated income of enterprise engineering cost consulting business is not less than 5 million yuan;
(six) have a fixed office space, the per capita office area is not less than 10 square meters;
(7) Technical file management system, quality control system and financial management system are complete;
(8) Employees' social endowment insurance procedures are complete;
(9) Full-time professionals meet the professional age stipulated by the state, and the personnel file relationship is managed by a personnel agency recognized by the state;
(10) The number of cost engineers among enterprise investors shall not be less than 60%, and the capital contribution shall not be less than 60% of the total registered capital.
Grade b qualification
(1) The technical director has obtained the registration qualification of cost engineer, has the senior professional title of engineering or economic series, and has been engaged in the professional work of engineering cost for more than 10 years;
(2) There are not less than 65,438+02 full-time personnel engaged in the professional work of engineering cost, including not less than 8 persons with intermediate or above titles in engineering or economic series, not less than 6 persons who have obtained the registration certificate of cost engineer, and other persons with professional work experience in engineering cost;
(3) The registered capital of the enterprise is not less than 500,000 yuan;
(4) During the temporary period, the accumulated operating income of engineering cost consultation of China construction enterprises shall not be less than RMB 500,000;
(5) Having a fixed office space, and the per capita office area is not less than 10 square meter;
(6) Technical file management system, quality control system and financial management system are complete;

3. The qualification grade of the newly established engineering cost consulting enterprise is approved according to the lowest grade, tentatively 1 year.
