Reception at the front desk plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction. The duty of the front desk reception in 4S shop is to be responsible for the after-sales front desk reception and service, implement the front desk operation specifications and report directly to the after-sales service manager. To be responsible for guiding the sorting, filing and keeping of the archives of this department; Properly handle customer complaints and continuously improve customer satisfaction with services.

Work content:

(1) When the customer drives into the company gate, he immediately gets up and goes to the side door of the customer's cab with his own work tools (pen and maintenance list) to greet the customer (smile and nod): when the customer walks out of the car door or puts down the window, he should first say hello to the customer and express his welcome (generally speaking, "Welcome!") ) )。 Meanwhile, introduce yourself briefly.

(2) If the customer's vehicle is not parked in the reception parking space designated by our company, we should politely guide the customer to park the vehicle in place.

(3) Simply ask the purpose. If it is a simple consultation, you can reply on the spot, and then politely send the customer out and say hello (generally speaking, "please go away" and "welcome to come again"). If diagnosis, quotation or factory maintenance are needed, we should get the customer's consent and return to the reception hall from the air for consultation; Or let the customer rest in the reception hall first, and our staff will negotiate with the customer after testing and diagnosis. If the situation is simple or the customer requests to write a maintenance order or an appointment order on the spot, the formalities shall be handled according to the customer's requirements.

(4) If it is a new customer, you should take the initiative to briefly introduce the content and process of our company's maintenance service.

(5) If it is a maintenance appointment, ask about the situation and requirements as soon as possible, fill in the Maintenance Order Appointment Form and submit it to the customer; At the same time, tell the customer politely: please remember the appointment time. Job requirements: The receptionist should be polite, generous, neat, active and enthusiastic, so that customers can feel at home. When customers sit down and wait in the living room, they should take the initiative to pour tea and signal "please have tea" to show my courtesy and sincerity.
