Main functions:

Formulate measures and catalogues for the administration of import and export commodities; To undertake the organization and implementation of the total import and export plan for important industrial products, raw materials and important agricultural products; Compile and compile annual plans for import and export commodity quotas and tariff quotas and organize their implementation; Formulate and implement the bidding policy for import and export commodity quotas; Guide trade promotion activities such as trade fairs and fairs and the construction of foreign trade promotion system.
