1. The real estate department will uniformly print a special approval form for purchasing houses with stock houses. When handling the transfer formalities, the real estate transaction institution shall prompt the parties who have settled in the house to use this form uniformly; When the property right registration and certification authority handles the property right certificate for it, it also indicates on the certificate that it belongs to buying a house and settling down.
2. For the same property, it must be more than one year before the purchase and settlement transfer procedures are completed. If the interval between the two transfer dates is less than one year, the special application approval form for transfer registration shall not be used, and the two-level housing property registration agency does not indicate the words "purchase settled" on its property certificate. Public security organs should also establish a special registration and inspection system to register electronic files.
3. Foreigners who have purchased houses and obtained real estate licenses before the official implementation of the August 15 policy and intend to settle in Shenyang may also apply to the public security department for settlement procedures, and the public security organ shall indicate the words "purchase houses and settle down" in their real estate licenses.
