On my Alipay page, click the customer service icon button. On the My Customer Service page, click the Online Service button. On the online service page, click Please enter the question area you want to consult. Enter the keyword "Close Sesame", and then click the "How to Close Personal Sesame Credit (Clear Information)" area. In the figure below, click the View More button. On the prompt page where the following contents are found, click Accept to enter the button to close sesame credit (clear personal information), and then close sesame credit according to the prompt.
