2. Enter the order page and find the order that needs to be cancelled.
3. Click on the order details to see if the order supports cancellation. Some orders may have been delivered or signed for, and may not be cancelled at this time.
4. If the order supports cancellation, please click the Cancel Order button and select the cancellation reason.
5. Waiting for the platform to process the cancellation request will generally be completed within 24 hours.
6. If the order has been paid, the money will be refunded after cancellation.
