(2) Immediately, the finance usually only calls the borrower himself, and rarely calls the work unit or the mobile phone contact. If the user refuses to answer the phone immediately after the deadline, the finance department will call the borrower's work unit and mobile phone contact immediately according to the signed agreement for collection.

(3) If the user has never used instant financial products, and it is verified that no one uses instant financial products by using identity registration information, the user can check the situation with the instant financial staff through feedback channels after receiving the instant financial call. If the situation is true, the immediate financial personnel will be investigated for negligence. If users receive financial harassment calls immediately, they should bravely take up legal weapons and safeguard their legitimate interests.
