Not included in the municipal plan, financial support areas give priority to financial subsidies. After the pipeline demolition is completed, the implementation subject will carry out the construction of adding elevators. Before the elevator installation, the implementation unit shall organize the elevator installation unit to inform the local market supervision and management department of the construction situation of installing the elevator.

After the completion of the project, the implementation unit shall organize the design unit, the construction unit, the supervision unit, the owner's representative, the street (township) and the community (village) to participate in the completion acceptance, and issue the acceptance opinions.
