To apply for a one-time start-up subsidy in Quanzhou, the following materials shall be submitted
(a) "Quanzhou one-time business subsidy application form";
(two) the applicant's identity card, employment and entrepreneurship certificate, and the social security payment certificate for the last 6 months (college graduates are required to provide graduation certificates; Returning migrant workers must be audited by the labor affairs security office of the township (street) where they started their business;
(3) Business license (copy);
(4) Materials related to the business premises;
(five) the tax payment (exemption) certificate in the last 6 months;
(6) To apply for the second subsidy standard, you need to submit the List of Entrepreneurs Driven by Entrepreneurship in Quanzhou, labor contracts and social security payment vouchers.
Copies of the above materials must be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise. At that time, the original will be reviewed and the copy will be kept.
