In this article, I mainly talk about Yao's abdication in Shun and Shun's abdication in Yu, that is, the so-called three Dai Shan rule, and the basic requirements of Confucius' ruling the country.
This chapter is divided into five sections. The first part: Yao tells the world about Shun's admonition. Yao's words have three meanings: first, Shun's succession is a destiny. The second is to warn Shun about the way of governing the country, implement the golden mean, and emphasize the trust of the people, fairness and justice. The third is to be responsible for human life. It is clearly pointed out that the people's life is the decisive point that determines the fate of the ruler.
