1 Introduction Editor Cai Liang Auto Safety Automatic Protector is developed and produced by Hunan Liangzai Intelligent Electromechanical Co., Ltd. [1]. It has eight functions, among which the active part has five functions, namely, automatic monitoring, automatic early warning, automatic deceleration, automatic braking and data storage. The biggest point is to prevent rear-end collisions and traffic accidents in advance. The passive part has three functions: automatic flameout, buffering and energy consumption. Once an accident occurs, it can greatly reduce the damage and loss caused by the accident. Automatic monitoring of function description editing: the protector determines the safe distance ahead according to the real-time vehicle speed, and continuously detects whether there are obstacles in the safe distance ahead through the control of the central chip and the infrared transmitting and receiving system. Automatic early warning: the central processing chip analyzes and calculates the information detected by the infrared transmitting and receiving device. When obstacles threatening the safety of vehicles are found within a safe distance, the system drives the acousto-optic alarm device to give an alarm to remind drivers to drive carefully. Automatic deceleration: When the distance between the vehicle and the obstacle in front is less than the safe distance, and the driver has not taken any deceleration measures after the system sends out an audible and visual alarm, the system will drive the brake motor to pull the brake pedal step by step to brake the vehicle, thus achieving the effect of vehicle deceleration. Automatic braking: After the system slows down the vehicle by braking, if the distance between the vehicle and the obstacle in front is still getting closer and closer, the system will take emergency braking to avoid collision or minimize the loss caused by collision. Data storage (black box): once the protector is turned on, it will automatically record every action of the system and the corresponding time and speed. Automatic flameout: in case of collision, the guardrail is forced to overwhelm the flameout switch, and the ignition coil of the engine is cut off to realize automatic flameout and stop the engine output at the first time. Buffering: If the vehicle collides at high speed, the energy generated by the collision will make the protector overcome the friction between the front and rear sliding plates and the elastic energy of the spring to compress, thus prolonging the collision time and playing a buffering role in energy dissipation: during the process of the protector being compressed due to the collision, most of the energy generated by the collision will be converted and consumed through the friction between the front and rear sliding plates, and the energy dissipation bolt will be cut off and consumed, so that only a small part of the energy ultimately acting on the vehicle body is left, thus reducing the damage degree caused by the collision accident.
