6. The immediate family members of the applicant (spouse) are unable to finance the purchase of houses in urban areas, Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District. Standard and duration of monetary subsidy guarantee:

The guarantee period of monetary subsidies is three years (one year for families with low-rent housing guarantee qualification), and within three months before the expiration of the guarantee period, families applying for qualification renewal shall submit relevant materials to the acceptance window of public rental housing in their jurisdiction. If the district audit department meets the requirements, it may continue to apply for monetary subsidies as required; If the audit does not meet the requirements, the qualification of monetary subsidy guarantee shall be terminated.
Except for families with housing difficulties with lower-middle income in cities, the total guarantee period of public rental housing is no more than 6 years, and the guarantee period of Shiwupeizu and monetary subsidy are calculated together. The time for families applying for Shiwupeizu to receive monetary subsidies during the waiting period is included in the guarantee period.
