Where is the ancient town of Du Yao?

Du Yao Ancient Town is located in the starting area of Yaoxiang Garden (next to Laohe Bridge in Yaoxian Street (south of Yongan Village in the north)), and it is one of the three major sections of ancient town, amusement park and hot spring folk custom with the theme of Yao culture.

Du Yao Ancient Town, also known as Yaoxiang Ancient Town, is located near 108 National Road, Yaodu District, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. From Linfen Laohe Park to the north along the Beijing-Kunming line, and then to the east via Yaoxian Street, you can reach Yaoxiang Ancient Town (the whole journey is about 8.4 kilometers).

Climatic characteristics:

Du Yao region belongs to the first arid climate zone in the warm temperate zone, located in the mid-latitude inland Loess Plateau, and belongs to the continental semi-arid monsoon climate layer in the warm temperate zone. The main climatic characteristics are four distinct seasons, with Leng Xia hot in winter, rain and heat at the same time, more drought and less waterlogging, and more disasters. Only summer in a year is controlled by the warm and humid air mass of the ocean, which is the rainy season.

Yaodu District has an annual frost-free period of 203 days, with an average annual precipitation of 550 mm and annual sunshine hours of 24 16.5 hours. Due to the influence of latitude, altitude, atmospheric circulation and topographic features, the annual average temperature in this area is 9~ 13℃, and the elevation of Xishan Mountain is 950~ 18 15 meters.
