Township industrial enterprises have formed seven major industries: rubber products, circuit machinery, metallurgy, medicine and chemical industry, transportation equipment, non-metallic minerals, beverages and other industries. Three groups have been established, including Tasly Group, Wanda Group and San Qian Group. These industries and enterprises have become the economic pillars of the town. In attracting investment in 2002, we took the following measures:
(1) Establish a bundled assessment mechanism for attracting investment, and stipulate that members of the town center group and middle-level cadres of the town organs strive to introduce projects with a capital of more than 5 million yuan each year. If the task is not completed, 10% of the bonus of the current year will be deducted;
(2) Strengthen the construction and management of industrial land, optimize the investment environment, set up a management committee in the town, and implement "four unified management".
In 2003, we will continue to strengthen the infrastructure construction of industrial land. With a total investment of 25 million yuan, we will continue to build pavements, underground culverts, running water and greening. , and strive to achieve "seven connections and one leveling". During the year, we will strive to develop 1 1,000 mu of industrial land, build 50,000 square meters of standard workshops, and add 15 new enterprises. It is estimated that the investment in industrial fixed assets will be 200 million yuan. There are 8 technical transformation projects, 5 projects with 6.5438+million yuan and 5 projects with more than 5 million yuan each; The agreement will attract 20 million dollars of foreign investment. In the work of attracting investment, four forms of attracting investment have been adopted:
First, make full use of modern information means to conduct online investment promotion, make home pages and release investment promotion information in time;
Second, make full use of overseas institutions and intermediaries to conduct intermediary investment promotion. Hire the owners of existing foreign-funded enterprises and investment companies as investment representatives, give them the right to attract investment, and allow them to contact with foreign countries in the name of the town investment promotion office;
Third, firmly grasp the internal introduction and external introduction of existing enterprises;
Fourth, actively participate in all kinds of investment promotion meetings and go abroad to attract investment. Yixing Port Town is located at the junction of the city and has a unique geographical position. It is only 6 kilometers away from the city center, 45 kilometers away from Tianjin Port and10.5 kilometers away from Nancang Station, the largest railway freight hub in North China. Moreover, the "three railways" and "five roads" run through the town vertically and horizontally, and the transportation network extends in all directions, which is especially suitable for developing urban agriculture.
Over the years, Yixing Port Town Government has made scientific decisions on agricultural development and construction according to local conditions. According to its location and its own reality, it has established a new way for agriculture to develop into urbanization. We have spared no expense to plan 3,000 mu of agricultural land in the golden zone near the Outer Ring Road, Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Expressway and the North Ring Railway in the east of the town as an urban agricultural demonstration area. With the initial scale of investment in the demonstration area in recent years, the infrastructure in the demonstration area is becoming more and more perfect. More than 5,000 linear meters of cement pavement have been built in the demonstration area, and anti-seepage channels have been laid 10000 meters, and wells have been drilled 15. Power and communication facilities are complete, roads and forests complement each other, and ditches and rivers are networked.
There are 1.600 mu greenhouses and plastic film greenhouses in the demonstration area, and famous and rare vegetables, fruits and flowers are planted. For example, Israel's colored peppers, jade girl melons and bonsai flowers are sold all over the country in different shapes and exported to South Korea, Russia and other places. Animal husbandry and aquaculture are booming, and the animal products in the demonstration area enjoy a high reputation in this city and its surrounding areas. Aquaculture such as Pengze crucian carp and Penaeus vannamei are all sold to South Korea and Northeast China. For example, the series of pickles produced by Wangxing Food Company in cooperation with the famous Tianjin brand "Maobuwen" and the meat products processed by Tianjin designated enterprise Baoshun Meat Processing Co., Ltd. are all sold to major supermarkets.
In order to speed up the adjustment of agricultural structure, a trinity model of planting, breeding and processing has basically formed in the demonstration area, and a number of leading agricultural enterprises have successively settled in the demonstration area, such as: North Seed and Seed Industry Company, Geely Flower Company, Yong 'an Aquaculture Farm, Lihong Egg Breeding Base, Wangxing Food Processing Factory, Baoshun Meat Food Processing Co., Ltd., etc.
In addition, the demonstration area has established long-term technical support relations with Tianjin Academy of Agricultural Sciences and tianjin agricultural university, which has laid a solid foundation for the development of urbanization agriculture in this town.
