How is the mother's remarriage inheritance distributed shortly after her father's death?

Shortly after my father died, my mother remarried. If there is no will, the inheritance shall be inherited in accordance with Article 10 of the Inheritance Law.

After the father's death, half of the husband and wife's property belongs to the mother, and the remaining half is the father's inheritance, which is inherited by the legal heirs, including mother, children and parents, as stipulated in Article 10 of the Inheritance Law, and each person receives 1/X (assuming the number of heirs is X).

According to the above regulations, you can only get 1/2X of the total assets.

That is, there are only two legal heirs, you and your mother. X is 2, and each person gets the inheritance of 1/2 and the total assets of 1/4.
