Under normal circumstances, an enterprise only uses one account set. If an enterprise has multiple subordinate independent accounting entities, multiple SOBs can be established. Account books are relatively independent, that is, creating, deleting and modifying data in one account book will not have any impact on other account books.
A/C set management includes the establishment, modification, import and export of a/C set. Among them, the system administrator has the right to establish, import and export account sets, and the account set supervisor is responsible for modifying account set information.
Establishment of account set: Establishment of account set is the first step for enterprises to apply accounting information system, which involves many contents related to future accounting. In order to facilitate the operation, most accounting information systems have set up accounting wizard to guide users in the process of accounting establishment.
Modify SOB: after the SOB is established, if some parameters are found to be incorrect and need to be modified, or if you want to view the information set during account creation, you can modify SOB. Only the director of SOB has the right to modify SOB. Even so, some key information used by the system can't be modified, such as SOB number and activated accounting period.
