Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth implementation of undergraduate enrollment in 2022 and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the latest policies of the Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province on undergraduate enrollment, and the actual situation of our university.

Article 2 The enrollment work of schools shall strictly implement the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions authorities, and make comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission in line with the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness.

Chapter II General Situation of Schools

Article 3 Basic information of the school

(1) Full name of the school: Wuxi College

(2) School code: GB code:13982; The school codes of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be subject to the publication of the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

(7) Enrollment plan: According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province, and taking into account the needs of national economic and social development, school development planning and conditions for running schools, employment of graduates, students from various provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) and other factors, the enrollment plan by province and specialty is determined after examination and approval by the competent department. Article 4 school profile

Wuxi University is an undergraduate-level public institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education, managed by Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, organized by Wuxi Municipal People's Government and supported by Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology. Formerly known as Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology Binjiang College, it was founded in May 2002 and moved to Wuxi on October 8, 2002. On October 8, 2002, the Ministry of Education approved Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology Binjiang College to be transformed into Wuxi College.

The school is located at No.333 Xishan Avenue, Wuxi, adjacent to the core area of Dong Xi New Town. The campus covers an area of 9 17 mu with a total construction area of 335,000 square meters. At present, there are more than 65438+100000 undergraduates, nearly 300 international students, and more than 400 graduate students are jointly trained with Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology.

The school meets the needs of local economic and social development. It has 14 teaching units, 6 master's programs (jointly trained with Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology) and 42 undergraduate majors, covering science, engineering, literature, management and remote sensing, science, business school, humanities, law and politics, media art and other majors. Among them, Internet of Things engineering has been selected as the national first-class undergraduate professional construction site, electronic science and technology, control science and engineering, cyberspace security, management science and engineering. It has four provincial-level teaching and research platforms, including Jiangsu Internet of Things Equipment Super-integrated Application and Safety Engineering Research Center, Jiangsu Industrial Environmental Hazard Factors Monitoring and Evaluation Research Center, Jiangsu Cyberspace Security Training Base and Golden Hall Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Education Center. Over the years, the high-quality employment rate of school graduates has reached more than 95%, and the admission rate of graduate students has been at the forefront of similar universities.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 5 The school shall set up a leading group for enrollment, which shall lead the undergraduate enrollment work in a unified way, be responsible for formulating the implementation measures for undergraduate enrollment work and relevant enrollment policies and regulations, and decide on major enrollment matters. The office of the leading group for enrollment work is located in the student affairs office.

Article 6 The Admissions Office is the permanent institution of the school to organize and implement undergraduate enrollment, and is responsible for the daily management of undergraduate enrollment.

Seventh school discipline inspection department is responsible for the supervision of undergraduate enrollment.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Eighth adhere to the moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor comprehensive evaluation, pay attention to cultural examination results, in accordance with the principles of fairness, justice, openness and merit.

(1) All candidates who meet the registration requirements stipulated by the Admissions Committee where the students come from can apply for our school. Candidates must take the general college entrance examination organized by their province, and candidates who apply for art majors must also take the unified examination of art organized by their province.

(2) Comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in the provinces, the requirements of the college entrance examination subjects of each major shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial admissions office of origin, and the candidates meet the requirements of the college entrance examination subjects of the professional volunteers reported; Candidates from other provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) must meet the requirements of professional volunteering.

(III) The physical health requirements for undergraduate enrollment in our school shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the former Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing Physical Examination for Enrollment and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers. There is no gender ratio in the admission of various majors in the school.

(4) English majors only recruit English language candidates, and other majors do not restrict candidates from taking foreign languages, but our public foreign language courses only offer English courses.

According to the distribution of students provided by provinces (cities, autonomous regions) and relevant regulations, the proportion of file transfer should be controlled within 120% in principle. According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 105% in principle.

(6) Implementing the method of "voluntary clearing" for non-parallel volunteer candidates' colleges and universities, that is, giving priority to the first candidate who wishes to apply for our school, and if the first candidate is not full, the second candidate will be admitted, and so on; The provinces that implement parallel volunteer are admitted according to the rules of universities in all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). The pilot provinces (cities) of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination are admitted according to the relevant provisions of their college entrance examination reform plan.

(7) Candidates who enter the archives are admitted in the form of "clear scores", that is, scores are preferred. There is no grade difference in professional volunteers, and they line up from high to low according to the college entrance examination scores, regardless of grade differences. The admission major is determined according to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates. If the first major is full, the second major will be considered in order, and so on.

(eight) the school recognizes the results of the unified examination of art majors in various provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions), and candidates must participate in and pass the unified examination of art majors in local provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions). Candidates whose cultural scores and art majors have reached the local admission control scores shall be selected according to the provisions of the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), and selected according to the art scores of the provincial examination institutes from high to low. If the local examination institute has no clear regulations on art, our school will select candidates whose cultural achievements and artistic professional achievements have reached the local admission control score line, and choose the best candidates according to the sum of cultural achievements and professional achievements from high to low. There is no grade for professional volunteers, and the final admission information is subject to the announcement of the provincial recruitment office.

(9) When the scores of the enrolled candidates are the same, our school will select the best candidates from high to low according to the ranking rules (or ranking scores) issued by the admissions authorities of various provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) to determine the major. If the candidate's province (city, district) does not have a clear policy of sorting the same points, priority will be given to admission according to the professional volunteer order. If they are still the same, the general category is sorted from high to low according to Chinese, mathematics, total scores of foreign languages, mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages. Art candidates are ranked from high to low in terms of culture, Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores in the college entrance examination. After ranking according to the above rules, if they are still the same, the provinces that reform the new college entrance examination will evaluate the candidates' comprehensive quality files, and the rest provinces will comprehensively evaluate the candidates' moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development and select the best candidates.

(10) On the premise of not lowering the admission scores, the school recognizes that the admissions departments of all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) comply with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.

Chapter V Admission and Admission

Article 9 Schools shall issue admission notices according to the roster of candidates approved and filed by the admissions departments of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions).

Article 10 Candidates should receive sealed personal paper files from graduation middle school with the admission notice (if the graduation school sends personal paper files in a unified way, freshmen should obtain relevant certificates), and submit them to the school when reporting.

Eleventh freshmen hold the admission notice and the relevant documents and materials required for school registration, and go through the admission formalities at the school on schedule. Those who fail to take time off or take time off overdue will be deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically, except for normal reasons such as force majeure.

Twelfth freshmen, the school in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of education for freshmen qualification examination and physical review. Unqualified students shall be handled by the school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and those found to be fraudulent shall be disqualified.

Chapter VI Scholarships

Article 13 The school's reward and subsidy policy covers the whole process of running a school, and establishes reward and subsidy systems such as national scholarships, on-campus scholarships, student loans, work-study programs, tuition fee reduction and exemption, temporary subsidies, green channels, etc., and gives all-round and diversified accurate rewards and subsidies to outstanding students and students with financial difficulties from families to ensure that outstanding students do not drop out of school because of family poverty. The school has been rated as "excellent" in the performance evaluation of student financial assistance in Jiangsu Province for many times. The relevant procedures shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the state, the relevant competent departments of the students' origin and the school.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Fifteenth Wuxi University does not entrust any intermediary institutions or individuals to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. The school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of any intermediary agency or individual who conducts illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of "Wuxi College".

Article 16 The Articles of Association shall be announced to the public through our undergraduate enrollment network. If there is any misunderstanding in the articles of association published by various media, institutions or individuals, the complete articles of association published by our school shall prevail.

Article 17 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The Articles of Association is only applicable to the full-time undergraduate enrollment of our university in 2022. If there is any conflict with the spirit of the relevant documents at a higher level, the spirit of the documents at a higher level shall prevail. If the relevant policies of the state and provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) are adjusted, our school will also make corresponding adjustments.

Article 18 The Articles of Association shall be examined and approved by the school, and the Admissions Office shall be responsible for the interpretation.
